These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a comprehensive, legally binding software license agreement executed between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Muhammad Awais Ahsan, the independent developer of the Streamflix mobile application ("the Developer," "we," "our," or "us"), regarding your complete access, execution, and utilization of the Streamflix mobile catalog across Android and iOS systems.
Ecosystem Assent: By downloading, activating, installing, or registering an account parameter within the App, you verify that you have evaluated, understood, and legally consented to these Terms. If you reject these terms, you must immediately remove the software from your devices. You must be at least 13 years of age to access our services.
Apple Standard EULA Incorporation: For users executing the App within the iOS hardware ecosystem, you explicitly acknowledge that these Terms directly supplement and align with Apple’s native Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) accessible at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In instances where an explicit structural conflict manifests between Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms, Apple's Standard EULA parameters shall govern your interface with Apple, whereas these custom Terms strictly dictate your active interface with the Developer regarding special backend elements, features, and platform-specific disclosures.
The User explicitly acknowledges, verifies, and agrees that Streamflix is not a company, corporation, LLC, partnership, or commercial entity of any kind. Streamflix represents a custom mobile software tool built, deployed, and supported exclusively by an individual independent software developer, Muhammad Awais Ahsan. Any financial transactions, operational feedback, or structural liability conditions arising from the utilization of the App are handled strictly by the individual Developer, bounded entirely under the scope of Section 11.
Android Account Structures: Activating and preserving premium tiers on the Android platform requires the configuration of an authorization profile (Email and Password). You assume full liability for keeping your authentication profile isolated and secure, and agree to hold complete responsibility for any behavioral operations executed under your credentials.
iOS Anonymous Purchase Structures: Accessing premium options within the iOS platform relies on automated device tokens mapped through native Apple systems, removing individual user registration variables. Subsequent patches may introduce registration workflows to the iOS space, which will instantly fall under identical profile security demands.
The App limits its execution demands to standard, performance-essential system commands. The software does not request native device location metrics, file storage access, clipboard states, or hardware access keys. Execution demands are strictly limited to standard Internet Connectivity pipelines and Push Notification Services managed via OneSignal. By installing the App, you consent to receive push notifications, which you can disable entirely inside system configurations at your own discretion.
The Android iteration of the App utilizes programmatic display advertising optimized by the CAS.ai ad mediation framework. By deploying and executing the App on an Android device, you provide full consent for the presentation of moderated third-party ad blocks within the application workflow. The iOS configuration remains completely ad-free and serves no marketing materials.
Billing Intervals: All application subscriptions are managed on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual increments) and auto-renew by default.
Cancellation Parameters: To prevent subsequent automated renewal billing events, users must deactivate their subscription via their Google Play Account management window (Android), Polar customer billing gateway, or Apple ID Subscription Panel (iOS) at least 24 hours prior to the close of the active billing timeline.
Refund Processing: Direct processing, clearance, and distribution of currency refunds are handled exclusively by the corresponding store gateway (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or billing agent. The individual Developer possesses no direct infrastructure to issue financial refunds.
The Developer grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to run Streamflix for non-commercial media information aggregation. Under this covenant, you are explicitly prohibited from:
TMDB Integration: Streamflix processes data streams and graphic configurations pulled from The Movie Database (TMDB). This app is built utilizing the open TMDB API infrastructure but is not certified, endorsed, licensed, or sponsored by TMDB as an official affiliate company.
Third-Party Service Dependency: Streamflix is architecturally dependent on external public APIs provided by TMDB. The Developer assumes no responsibility or liability for sudden service interruptions, server blackouts, schema changes, or the permanent cessation of data delivery by TMDB. If TMDB alters or discontinues its public feed, the Developer reserves the right to modify or scale back App functionalities without notice and without any financial liability or refund obligations to the User.
Zero Media Storage Claim: Streamflix does not own, run, host, store, stream, or locally archive video source files, digital recordings, MP4 streams, or multimedia content layers. All visible media metrics, titles, studio details, and banner covers are indexed live via public database nodes (TMDB).
Definitive Anti-Piracy Policy: The Developer is strictly committed to protecting copyright ownership and actively opposes digital piracy. We have no interest in infringing upon the creative assets or commercial rights of media networks, film studios, creators, or authorized distributors. All original asset marks, corporate logos, and title titles remain the exclusive property of their respective copyright holders.
Direct Content Deletion Framework: If you are a verified copyright owner or legal counsel representing a media label, and you wish to have specific content information or indexing listings blocked from the App’s visualization interface, you can submit a deletion demand via email to support@streamflix.app.
Pre-Complaint Request: The Developer pledges to address valid takedown requests swiftly. We kindly request that copyright owners contact us directly through our support email to communicate removal needs before filing formal application complaints, copyright strikes, or system take-down requests with the Google Play Console or Apple App Store Connect teams. Upon receiving a valid email request, the Developer will work immediately to isolate and block the contested indexing metadata from our application views.
You can dissolve this legal agreement by completely removing the App from your device platforms. Android profiles are completely removed upon submission of an email deletion demand to support@streamflix.app (fully executed inside 24 hours). The Developer preserves the authority to cancel your access path instantly without liability if we identify profile sharing, code exploitation, or violations of these Terms.
Streamflix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" framework without warranty guarantees. The Developer cannot promise flawless stream routing, uninterrupted server continuity, or mistake-free presentation of third-party API data. To the absolute max threshold permitted under global law, Muhammad Awais Ahsan shall never be held accountable for any direct, indirect, random, special, or consequential loss metrics arising from your interface with this mobile software tool.
These Terms shall be analyzed, processed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law mechanics. You explicitly agree that any legal proceedings or structural disputes arising directly from your use of the App must be filed exclusively in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.
If any provision or sub-clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that specific provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
